Team Dinner at San-Sui Sumiyaki & bar

We were rewarded with a sumptuous team dinner at San-Sui at the end of our Luxury Bags Giveaway 2011 campaign~

Other than the really tasty noms, we had super alot of fun that night with a childish game called “Chinese Telephone”. Essentially, 1 person thinks up of a phrase or sentence (that is preferably a bit of a tongue twister) and whispers it to the next person. The message gets passed around thru whispers and the fun comes when the last person to receive the message compares it to the original message.

With a Caucasian and a native Chinese in our team, you can be sure that we all had cramped cheeks and were tearing from laughing too hard. The best one of the night started from AngMoDude who said, “How much wood could a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?”. Peanut passed this message on to Kan Cheong Spider as “How much wood KA CHA KA CHA!”. The rest of the team relayed his message perfectly =.=

On to the food pictures!

Looks like macaroons, but they are actually wasabi saucepots!

This is one serving of chawanmushi. One’s hot and the other is cold.

Mango prawn sushi. perfect blend of sweet fruit & salty batter.

Hotate Carpaccio – wish I could have had more of this!
Ended the meal with full bellies and warmed hearts. Bloody bill came up to almost $2,000. Till the next MFP gorgeout!
